I received a defective item


Please note that all claims for items arriving defective or damaged must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective item, or if you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately by email at contact@eternal-luxury.com with the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address (the address used to purchase the item)
  • Order number
  • Name of the damaged item
  • A description
  • Photo evidence

We will answer you as soon as possible on the procedure to follow for the possible return of your package.Please do not return the item without having had the Eternal Luxury customer service, this may slow down the procedure.

Once we have received your information, we will send you an email as soon as we have finished processing your request.
