- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
- Eternal Luxury® does not offer the possibility of an exchange. All returns must be refunded by the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned, without any sign of use, distinct odors, stains, signs of wear and tear or misuse, in the original packaging (also without any sign of wear and tear or misuse) and in resalable condition (in the same condition in which it was sold to you). No refund will be processed for items returned damaged or soiled. Items in poor condition will be returned to you.
- If you are returning earrings, they must be in their original packaging and sealed. The item cannot be returned if the packaging or label has been cut/peeled off.
- Please note that only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items (unless defective) and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, transit days are not included.
- Eternal Luxury® customer service will carefully inspect all items before taking any refund action.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, please be advised that shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

You are responsible for the shipping costs and you will have to insure your own shipping costs for the return of your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a tracking service or having your shipment insured. Eternal Luxury® does not guarantee to receive the returned item.
